The Perversity of Demon Mana

From the tomes of Inzyl Za, Warrior-Priest and Protector of Luminos:

In the Void, in the hands of demons, all mana becomes black and perverted. It is not wise for a god to accept a gift of mana from a demon, for the corrupting influence of it may well contaminate an equal amount of his own.

But this having been said, with care and caution the dark mana of demons may well be put to use by a clever god to achieve a goal that is opposite to the normal nature of his power. This "negative" mana, for example, may be gathered into a safe container, and from there incorporated directly into an artifact that will have a reversed or perverted effect, or utilized under dire circumstance (and with some personal sacrifice) to achieve a necessary aim that would otherwise be impossible.

This task of utilizing demon mana to achieve a negative aim is indeed fraught with personal danger and should not be lightly undertaken, save in the achievement of some greater goal. But it is possible. And demons themselves can be tricked. Thus, for a god of noble spirit willing to make the necessary personal sacrifice, the mana of demons awaits.
