The Cry of "Shantih!"

From The Book of Euclidates

Phase the first. (selection)

Thus spake the void, "Shantih." From that resounding sound came the great fractal. Where err of random might have been came order. That order saw into the void. The void saw into the order. Grand understanding came therefrom. Born of the understanding of primeval forces came the grand unification thereof: Euclidates. The err of random made into order and became great. Lo, look into the burning fire and see order in its chaos! Underlying order shall pervade the universe whereof Euclidates reigns. Lo, embrace the fractal, for in what is not, shall form order that is! Rhythm upon the right and infinity at the left. The unending line and the rhythm of Rye shall embrace each other in their oppositeness. From that embrace symmetry is heard, for it is the voice of Euclidates. To die--to live! To die and live again! Yet things go on in the order of Euclidates! Questions shall answer themselves in their purity. Fate shall clarify the unclear. To dare--to dream--to know.

And the dawn of heaven came. Justice shall be the gift of Euclidates. That of law--that of order! Lo, taste the purity of essence! Everything shall be one--one shall prevade all! All cry out "Shantih!"

Lo, dream of dreams that are more then dreams--dream of Shandalay! For such is the realm of Euclidates! Look into infinity and kneel. The deafening silence will be as pain unto those who break the delicate whisper of the fractal, for order will be gone! Lo, Shandalay shall be as a beacon for believers--order the reward.

Thus the day came when heaven stood as the universe, and the law set to begin. The day hath truly dawned.
