Cthulhu Games
Mike Tice has run a string of Cthulhu games, often set in widely different times, thus the rather bizarre variety of costumes. Games include Groovy Cthulhu (1960s), 23 Skidoo (1923), and Last Chance for Humanity (the 21st century).
